Join us as artists and designers showcase their work produced in Arduino workshops held during the day. Experts will be on hand to discuss the potential for RFID technology and how it may be relevant to artistic endeavours.
RFID is an important new technology for artists allowing the creation of local networks of objects. It can be used to create interactive objects for installations and interactive audio.
This display will be followed by a live performance piece by Sputniko.
The Takeaway Festival of do-it-yourself media is a two-day extravaganza of talks, workshops and exhibitions, returning for the third time to the Dana Centre.
