In 2008 the European Space Agency launched a recruitment drive for astronauts to boldly go to the International Space Station. Space exploration has always captured our imagination. How does it feel to be up there? And what does it take to become an astronaut?

Test your skills as performance collective Coney guide you through a game designed to help you become an astronaut. Take advice from our panel of experts: Iya Whitely, who is interested in how astronauts can cope with the unexpected problems and stresses that occur in space, and Doug Millard, the Science Museum’s Senior Curator for Space Technology.

And joining the panel is Jean-Francois Clervoys, astronaut for the European Space Agency, who has spent a total of 675 hours in space.
