As Valentine’s Day looms, we invite you to the first ever live kiss-in at the Dana Centre. This test-lab event features an artist who wants to collect your kisses and scientists who delve into our desire.
Do pheromones make you more kissable? What other hormones are involved? Sniff out the possibilities with physiologist Peter Brennan as he discusses the role of smell in the science of attraction.
Music psychologist Gianna Cassidy will reveal how music can create romantic states, both consciously and subconsciously. What effect does music have on you? Feed your all time-favourite kissing tunes into our pucker-up playlist on the night.
Psychologist Petra Boynton will investigate the uniqueness of kisses. What’s your favourite part of the kiss? How would you rate a kiss? What do kisses mean in the game of love? Share your favourite smooches and pick up tips from others…
Artist Charlie Murphy and her able assistants will take you through the process of casting kisses. View Charlie’s gallery of kisses, take part in a demo or hone your kissing skills for the final kiss-in of the night.
We wrap up the night with the live kiss-in. Whether you’re up for a scrum kiss, a quick peck on the lips or a full-blown snog, this session is for you. Put the knowledge you’ve gained into practice in this smoochathon.
