Blind Data: SEED Dating for Scientists and Designers invites you to have a go at the kind of brainstorming that has culminated in the NOBELini: Blind Data exhibition. We’ll whet your appetite with Holly Stead’s ten-minute documentary insight into the NOBELini project. Partner up with scientists or designers to ‘seed’ your own ideas for designs that celebrate or communicate science.
If you’re a scientist or a designer registering for the event, send a brief paragraph biog to Brona McVittie (brona.mcvittie@csc.mrc.ac.uk) with the four words you feel most effectively describe your research interests.
If you’re not interested in SEED Dating, but would still like to come and experience the installations, please register via the Dana ticket office.
‘Blind Data’ is the result of a scheme called NOBELini (www.fabricsoflife.co.uk) pairing scientists with designers, funded by the MRC Clinical Sciences Centre (www.csc.mrc.ac.uk).
