Experience an exploration of how we taste food... A delicious taster menu has been specially created by the chef at the Dana Centre in collaboration with Bee Arts. These gastronomic treats might challenge how you think food works.
How do you know what something tastes of? How can you be sure that what you smell is the same as what you taste? All will be revealed by pitting a food critic against one of the most sophisticated technologies in the world.
Be amazed by food trickery and enjoy some delicious delicacies at the same time. NB - you can attend this event for free, but purchasing the taster menu is the only way to ensure that you participate as fully as possible in the fun.

There is a charge for the taster menu for this event, which is to be paid over the bar on arrival. Cost to be confirmed but will be c.£7.50.
