With wind energy, the energy varies with the wind. How can we deal with this? The aim of this event is to see if we can reach consensus on this question in a couple of hours, drawing on the views of experts, each with a different answer to this question.

Tristan Smith (UCL) will speak about synthetic fuels for storage.
Rokia Raslan (UCL) will speak about energy demand in the built environment and demand-side management.
Andrew Smith (UCL) will speak about supergrids and international distribution.
Phil Coker (School of Construction Management and Engineering at the University of Reading) will speak about mixing renewable technologies on the supply side.
